The price of Azerbaijani oil of the Azeri Light (CIF) brand continues to rise in global markets, APA-Economics reports.
For the first time since April, the price of local oil has exceeded USD 73.
The price of one barrel of Azerbaijani oil increased by USD 1.28 or 1.77% yesterday, reaching USD 73.45. The previous price of Azerbaijani oil was USD 72.17.
Note that in this year’s state budget of Azerbaijan, the average price of one barrel of Azeri Light brand oil is calculated at USD 70. For the first time since April 4, local oil began trading above USD 70 this week.
