The position of the representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on climate issues is being added to the first classification of administrative and support positions, this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the law "On Civil Service" that was put to discussion at today's session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), APA reports.
According to the draft law, the scope of the first classification of administrative and support positions is being expanded.
It should be noted that by the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated February 5, 2025, Mukhtar Babayev was appointed the representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on climate issues.
The draft law was adopted in the third reading.
