Today, during trading, the price of 1,000 cubic meters of gas in Europe exceeded USD 400, APA-Economics reports.
As of July 1, the price of August futures according to the TTF (Title Transfer Facility – the most liquid virtual trading hub in Europe, based in the Netherlands) index reached USD 403.2, which is 1% higher compared to the previous settlement price of USD 399.
Note that since December 31, 2020, Azerbaijani gas has been supplied to Europe via the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP).
