The total area of Sea Breeze is 500 hectares, of which 300 hectares are completely covered with greenery.
More than 3 million square meters of residential and commercial space have already been put into operation within the framework of the project. More than 20,000 people live here. All conditions have been created for living and recreation in the Sea Breeze area throughout the four seasons.
For residents of Sea Breeze Resort, access to the beach is free and unlimited.
Sea Breeze currently has a green area of 300 hectares and is home to more than 10 million different types of trees and plants.
The main work on the construction of the resort city will be completed by the end of 2028. In 2035, the founder plans to fully complete the project.
