"US President Donald Trump believes that the conflict in Ukraine can only be resolved at the negotiating table," said US Permanent Representative to NATO Matthew Whitaker, APA reports quoting NBC News.
"President Trump has made it pretty clear that the conflict in Ukraine will not end on the battlefield. It must ultimately end through negotiations, and peace must be achieved," he told NBC .
