Bahtiyar Ersay’s rank has been promoted, APA reports.
The decision was signed by the President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
According to the decision, Bahtiyar Ersay has been awarded the rank of Army General.
Note that Bahtiyar Ersay is an advisor to the Azerbaijani Minister of Defense.
