Armenian soldiers have been involved in a car accident, APA reports, citing Shamshyan.com.
The accident occurred in the afternoon on the Margara-Vanadzor highway, near the village of Djrarat in the Armavir province.
As a result of a collision between a Nissan and a GAZ-24 vehicle, one Armenian soldier died, while three other soldiers and several civilians were injured.
The injured were taken to the hospital.
A criminal case has been opened in connection with the incident.
The Ministry of Defense has not commented on the information.
