Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has met with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, APA reports, citing Tasnim.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the emergency summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Jeddah.
The two sides discussed expanding cooperation between Tehran and Ankara, emphasizing the importance of deepening ties in trade, energy, transportation, and border security.
The ministers also underlined the need to continue consultations and to strengthen regional and international cooperation.
