There is no agreement between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump regarding meetings with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky, said Yury Ushakov, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation, APA reports.
Ushakov noted that there are currently no concrete proposals to elevate the level of talks between Russia and Ukraine.
