Under Article 88, Part 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, members of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) have submitted a request to Speaker Sahiba Gafarova to convene an extraordinary parliamentary session, APA reports citing the Press and Public Relations Department of the National Assembly.
In response, Speaker Sahiba Gafarova signed an order to call the extraordinary session. According to the order, a special meeting on the topic “Washington Agreements: The Triumph of Peace Diplomacy and Wise Leadership” will be held on September 9 as part of the session.
