According to her, no one in the Cabinet of Ministers was injured as a result of the shooting.

"For the first time since the start of the full-scale occupation, the Russians have struck the building of the Cabinet of Ministers, where our entire team is working. Fortunately, no one was hurt. The fire has been extinguished. I thank the rescuers. Russian terror will not stop the work of the Government. We will restore the ruins. But it is impossible to bring back the lives of Ukrainians. Four people died and more than 44 were injured as a result of Russian fire across the country overnight. It is clear that Russia does not want peace," she wrote.

Sviridenko called on all Ukrainian partners and countries around the world to turn their disappointment with Russia's actions into real assistance to Ukraine - "I am calling not for the government building, but for the protection of our people in our country."

"It is time to act. Ukraine needs more air defense systems to protect its energy infrastructure, especially as winter approaches. Increase sanctions pressure to reduce resources on the Russian military machine. All of this is real - the opportunities are in your hands. Only our unity and a strong response can stop Russia and bring peace," the Ukrainian prime minister added.
