Polish State Security Service officers have neutralized an unknown drone that was flying over government buildings and the presidential palace (Belvedere) in Warsaw, and two Belarusian citizens have been detained in connection with it, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk reported the incident, APA reports.
"The State Security Service has just neutralized a drone flying over government buildings (Parkovaya) and the Belvedere Palace. Two Belarusian citizens have been detained. The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident," Tusk wrote in X.
The press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic, Karolina Galetskaya, confirmed the incident and the detention of two Belarusians in a conversation with the Interia portal.
