On the night of September 17, Russia launched another massive attack on Ukraine's railways, Alexander Pertsovsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ukrzaliznytsia OJSC, wrote on his Facebook page, APA reports.
According to him, spare diesel locomotives are already ready and Ukrzaliznytsia will try to minimize train delays.
