At the close of auctions yesterday, the price of 1,000 cubic meters of gas in Europe exceeded $397, APA-Economics reports.
On August 16, the price of October futures on the TTF (Title Transfer Facility of the Netherlands, the most liquid virtual sales center in Europe) index was $397.2, which is 1.7% more than the previous calculation price ($390.7).
It should be noted that the transportation of Azerbaijani gas to Europe through the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) began on December 31, 2020.
