Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport Sameddin Asadov met with Tristan Muhader, Vice President of Ookla for the Middle East and Africa, the Ministry told APA-Economics.
During the meeting, Ookla's proposals for cooperation in the ICT sector were presented, and issues raised by the Ministry during the meeting held in Baku in June 2025 were discussed.
In addition, exchange of views were held on the work carried out to develop digital infrastructure in Azerbaijan, making the country a more attractive destination for telecommunications and digital infrastructure investments, supporting the digital economy, and other related matters. It was noted that Ookla's global experience and analytical capabilities are being examined for their contribution to Azerbaijan's goals in this field.
