Baku, December 6, AZERTAC
“Every urban planning program we undertake must consider the needs of society and young people. In urban planning, we consider design and energy efficiency. This will create new opportunities for future generations,” said Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of Azerbaijan, in his address at the D-8 Youth Dialogue.
Noting that young people are the architects of the future, the committee chairman stated that the appearance of cities is shaped by their technological and creative capabilities.
Anar Guliyev emphasized the crucial role of youth in driving future innovation, particularly within the D-8 (Developing Eight) framework, by generating new ideas for education, employment, and societal challenges.
