A missile strike by the Russian army on a Combined Heat and Power Plant near Kharkiv resulted in one death and 13 injuries, UNN reports, citing Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, APA reports.
According to the mayor, all the injured have been hospitalized, and medical personnel are providing them with the necessary care.
Note that the attack caused a significant drop in the city’s electricity voltage, which affected both the heating supply and the operation of city's transport.
