Investment promotion certificates will be issued for a period of six years starting from January 1, 2023, to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs presenting strategic investment projects implemented in areas determined by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to this effect.
The Ministry of Economy is tasked with resolving the issues arising from this Decree.
