Negotiations between the United States and Iran are continuing, and Tehran is showing interest in reaching an agreement.
US President Donald Trump made the remarks during a fundraising event organized by the Republican Party’s House election committee.
“They are participating in the negotiations and very much want an agreement to be reached, but they are reluctant to say this openly,” Trump said.
The US president added that Tehran is trying to act more cautiously in the negotiation process.
According to Trump, talks are ongoing at the current stage, and the possibility of a potential agreement between the sides still remains.
