The US has sent a lot of weapons to protesters in Iran through the Kurds.
US President Donald Trump told Fox News.
"We sent a lot of weapons to the Iranian protesters. We sent those weapons through the Kurds. I think the Kurds kept those weapons," Trump claimed, claiming that the weapons did not reach the protesters and were kept by the Kurds.
At the same time, Trump noted that 45,000 protesters were killed by security forces in Iran in January of this year.
