The visit of representatives of the diplomatic corps to the liberated territories is a good opportunity to get acquainted with the reconstruction and restoration work carried out here, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Birol Akgün told APA’s correspondent dispatched to Karabakh.
The diplomat noted that since starting his tenure as ambassador in Azerbaijan, this is already his 10th visit to Karabakh.
“Be sure that during each visit I observe new development, change, and reconstruction activities,” the ambassador said.
He emphasized that they have already visited a number of places in Khojaly and Khankendi.
According to Birol Akgün, there is revival and renewal throughout the city of Khankendi.
“We feel joy and pride that the reconstruction of Karabakh is being carried out very rapidly,” he added.
