Kaja Kallas, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, has arrived in Azerbaijan, APA reports, citing the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan.
“Azerbaijan is a valuable and reliable energy partner for the European Union, so I am pleased to be in Baku today,” Kallas said.
According to her, there is clear potential to deepen cooperation, particularly in the fields of trade, transport, and digital technologies.
“Of course, an open and sincere dialogue on human rights remains an integral part of our engagement,” the EU official added.
