On June 12, the district prosecutor’s office received information about the discovery of bone fragments suspected to be human in the territory of Magsudlu village, Aghdam district, the Press Service of the General Prosecutor’s Office said in response to APA’s inquiry.
It was noted that immediately, the prosecutor’s office staff, together with a criminalist and an expert, conducted an inspection of the scene. During the inspection, the discovered bone remains were collected properly for forensic and laboratory examinations. Other necessary procedural actions were also carried out.
An investigation is ongoing at the Aghdam district prosecutor’s office regarding the case.
