Azerbaijan is throwing its hat in the ring by sending a helping hand of electrical equipment to Ukraine, Olaylar reports.
The humanitarian aid intended for Ukraine will be sent from the territory of the Sumgayit Technologies Park.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated August 11, 2025, funds in the equivalent of $2 million in manat have been allocated for this purpose.
The inaugural humanitarian assistance consignment dispatched under the auspices of these financial allocations encompasses electrical conductors, wiring systems, and power conversion devices.
Officials from the Ministry of Energy and the Embassy of Ukraine in Azerbaijan are anticipated to attend the sending ceremony.
