A former Ukrainian army serviceman opened fire on an Azerbaijani family who refused to give him a discount on the firewood he was selling, APA reports.
During the argument, he said he was fighting for the firewood the Azerbaijani family was selling. He then returned with a gun and shot the father and son.
28-year-old Rahimov Ismayil Farman died on the spot, while his father was injured and hospitalized.
The attacker was detained.
