MIDA apartments have increased in price — New prices


The State Housing Development Agency (MIDA) has announced discounted apartment sales in residential buildings under construction in the capital Baku and the regions.
According to Yeniavaz.com, the most expensive apartments are being sold in the "Binagadi" residential complex, located at 590 10 May Street, Binagadi District.
It's worth noting that the selling price per square meter of apartments in this residential complex is 1,200 manat.
The cheapest apartments are being sold in the "Lankaran" residential complex, located at 303 Academician Zarifa Aliyeva Street, Lankaran. The selling price per square meter of apartments in this complex is 850 manat.
In addition, apartments are sold per square meter in residential complexes located in the cities of Yevlakh and Shirvan, as well as in the village of Hovsan in the Surakhani district.
In the Sumgayit residential complex, located at 197 Bulvar Street in Sumgayit, the selling price per square meter of apartments is 1,000 manat.
For comparison, in April 2022, MIDA offered apartments for sale in the Yasamal district of Baku for 950 manat per square meter.
As can be seen from the disclosed information, apartment prices in the capital have increased by 26 percent over the past two years.
Moreover, while MIDA was selling apartments in Sumgayit for 850 manat per square meter in August 2021, this year the price has increased by 17.6 percent, reaching 1,000 manat.
In december 2023, the price of apartments in Hovsan was 850 manat per square meter. MIDA is currently offering apartments in Hovsan at 950 manat per square meter.
As a result, apartment prices in Hovsan have increased by approximately 12 percent over the past two years.
