According to Lucas Navarrete, Franco Mastantuono is suffering from a very tricky injury, APA reports.
"Pubalgia is a very problematic injury if not treated accordingly. It is very bad news for Real Madrid and for the player. It could linger for a very long time," Navarrete says.
Mastantuono has been omitted from Real Madrid's squad for their game against Liverpool on Tuesday.
Real Madrid did not give an estimated time frame for the teenager's return from the injury.
However, it's not expected that Mastantuono will play again in the next week or so.
