The number of goods exempt from customs duties will be increased, APA reports.
This is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law “On the Customs Tariff,” which was discussed today at the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship.
According to the draft, the import of all types of equipment and technical means used for defense and state security purposes, their spare parts, special software, and weapons and ammunition will be exempt from customs duties, based on a confirmation document issued by the relevant executive authority (organization) and the Prosecutor General's Office.
