The minimum wage in Azerbaijan will be reviewed at least once a year, APA reports.
This is reflected in the amendments to the Labor Code, the implementation of which was approved by President Ilham Aliyev through a decree.
Under the amendment, the amount of the minimum wage will be reconsidered no less than once a year by the body (institution) designated by the relevant executive authority, based on proposals submitted by the body determined by the relevant executive authority.
