Key issues, including territorial matters, have not yet been agreed upon in Ukraine negotiations for Russia, said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
Peskov emphasized that Moscow remains open to negotiations and hopes to continue talks as soon as conditions allow.
The Kremlin spokesman noted that Russia has not lost interest in negotiations with Ukraine: “We hope to hold the next round of talks on Ukraine as soon as conditions allow.”
