The latest situation regarding economic growth in Azerbaijan has been disclosed, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.
In the first quarter of this year, the country’s GDP amounted to 29 billion 703.2 million manats, which is 0.3% lower compared to the same period last year.
During this period, value added in the oil and gas sector decreased by 1.2% to 8 billion 531.6 million manats, while value added in the non-oil sector increased by 0.2% to 21 billion 171.6 million manats.
