President Ilham Aliyev appoints Orkhan Sattarov as Press Secretary

Orkhan Rajab oghlu Sattarov has been appointed Press Secretary to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

President Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant order.
