The “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Guinea on cooperation in the implementation of the ‘ASAN Service’ model in the Republic of Guinea” has been approved, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
According to the first part of this decree, after the agreement enters into force, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Government of the Republic of Guinea confirming that the necessary domestic procedures required for the agreement’s entry into force have been completed.
Note that the agreement was signed on March 16, 2026, in the city of Baku.
