Secretary General of NATO Mark Rutte has arrived in Armenia to participate in the 8th European Political Community Summit, APA reports citing Armenpress.
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan welcomed Secretary-General Rutte and his delegation at Zvartnots Airport.
