In the context of global urbanization, regarded as one of the key priorities of the modern era, the importance of such leaders who shape spatial and infrastructure models becomes even greater, " Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan Samir Nuriyev said in his article dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, APA reports.
It was noted that such a personality, who took the helm of governing Azerbaijan in the second half of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century and confidently and farsightedly guided it into the future, was the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev:
“Heydar Aliyev is an outstanding statesman who made irreplaceable contributions to strengthening the traditions of statehood and national revival in Azerbaijan and laid the foundations of modern governance. His activities were characterized by farsighted leadership, strong governance, and strategic thinking based on national interests. Throughout his political career, the Great Leader identified Azerbaijan’s socio-economic development, the strengthening of state independence, and the formation of a national ideology as key priorities, thereby creating the conceptual foundations of the country’s future development model.”
Samir Nuriyev stated that the activities of the Great Leader represent a vivid example of consistent and purposeful nation-building centered on the goal of forming an independent, strong, sustainable, and modern state:
“The sustainable development line determined by him was not confined to a specific period of time.
