Bodies of brothers brutally killed in Yekaterinburg handed over to airport authorities -PHOTO -VIDEO-UPDATED-1

The bodies of Ziyaddin and Huseyn Safarov, Azerbaijani citizens who were brutally beaten to death by Russian law enforcement on June 27 in Yekaterinburg, have been transferred to the airport cargo terminal, APA’s Russia bureau reports.

The bodies were taken from the morgue and delivered to the cargo terminal of Koltsovo International Airport for repatriation to Azerbaijan.

The coffins are scheduled to be transported by a Ural Airlines flight at 18:15 local time, with arrival in Baku expected at 20:25.

The bodies of Azerbaijani brothers Ziyaddin and Huseyn Safarov, who were brutally beaten to death in Yekaterinburg, have been handed over to their family members, APA’s Russia bureau reports.

Signs of violence were found on the corpses.

After the bodies were released from the morgue, family members inspected them and observed stab wounds, cuts, and hematomas, particularly on Huseyn Safarov’s face and torso.

The coffins are currently being transported to the airport and will be flown to Azerbaijan via the Yekaterinburg-Baku flight.

The process of handing over the bodies of Azerbaijanis Ziyaddin and Huseyn Safarov, who were brutally beaten to death in Yekaterinburg on June 27, has begun, APA’s Russia bureau reports.

The Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Yekaterinburg is carrying out the retrieval of the bodies from the morgue of the Yekaterinburg Forensic Medical Examination Bureau. Currently, documentation work is underway for the handover of the bodies.
