Azerbaijan relocates another group of former IDPs to Jabrayil city, families receive house keys -PHOTO

Another resettlement convoy has arrived in Jabrayil, APA reports.

Today, a total of 50 families — 199 people — have been relocated to the city of Jabrayil. The relocated families include 18 from Baku (76 people), 12 from Bilasuvar district (50 people), 11 from Absheron district (42 people), 6 from Sumgayit (22 people), 2 from Shabran district (8 people), and 1 from Mingachevir (1 person).

The residents were presented with keys to their new homes.

The handover ceremony was attended by officials from the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts, as well as representatives from the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs and other officials.

Note that currently, in Karabakh and East Zangezur, in addition to the former IDPs who were relocated there, more than 50 thousand people are working in the implementation of projects carried out in this region, as well as performing their official duties in local departments of various state agencies, and working in health, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy enterprises that have resumed their activities.
