Shahin Shikhlinsky, the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Yekaterinburg, has been detained in Moscow, APA reports citing E1.RU portal.
It was reported that Shikhlinsky was taken to Yekaterinburg.
According to the publication, Shikhlinsky is currently participating in the investigation process.
