A 6.5-magnitude earthquake has struck the Kamchatka Peninsula, stated the Kamchatka branch of the United Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences, APA reports.
According to seismographs, the epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 97 km.
