A well-known Azerbaijani businessman, owner of the Alekseevsky market, Yusif Khalilov, has been arrested in the Russian city of Voronezh, APA reports citing Russian Telegram channels.
According to the information, he is found guilty of bribing a doctor in March of this year with 330,000 rubles so that his son would not be drafted into the army.
It was noted that Yusif Khalilov faces 7 to 12 years in prison and deportation on bribery charges.
