The motion filed by the investigative body regarding the selection of a preventive measure against 3 foreigners detained by the police for sharing a video of them committing indecent acts in the Alley of Martyrs in Baku, Azerbaijan on social networks has been revised, APA reports.
A decision was made in the process held at the Sabail District Court.
According to the decision, a preventive measure of arrest was selected for the accused persons for a period of 3 months.

On August 17, an investigation was conducted into the video footage of three foreigners performing indecent acts in the Alley of Martyrs of Azerbaijan, which they posted on social networks, Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA.
During the investigation, it was determined that these individuals had come to Baku on August 13 for 5 days as tourists and had shared the video footage on social networks.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 245 (Offensive act on a grave) of the Criminal Code.
All three individuals were detained and brought under investigation as a result of measures taken by police officers.
Investigative actions on the initiated criminal case are ongoing.
