Former Armenian Minister of Health Arsen Torozyan has renounced his parliamentary mandate, APA reports, citing Armenian media outlets.
The ruling party MP has already submitted a corresponding application to the Speaker of the Parliament.
It is reported that Arsen Torozyan, who renounced his parliamentary mandate, will be appointed Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia.
Current Minister Narek Mkrtchyan will be appointed as Armenia's Ambassador to the United States, replacing Ambassador Lilit Makunts, whose term of office is expiring.
