An emergency meeting of the UN Security Council on Ukraine is scheduled for Friday, August 29, according to the council’s updated calendar, APA reports citing TASS.
Earlier, a diplomatic source told TASS that Kyiv had requested the meeting. The source said the agenda will focus on "maintaining peace and security in Ukraine.".
