Even if a peace treaty is signed, it is not possible to speak about the full and final establishment of peace in the near future, said Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in parliament, APA reports.
According to Mirzoyan, currently the risk of escalation between the sides is minimal.
He noted that nevertheless, a number of unresolved issues remain, including the issue of detainees.
