Even if a peace agreement is signed, it is too early to speak of full and lasting peace in the near future, Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in parliament, APA reports.
Mirzoyan noted that currently the risk of escalation between the parties is minimal.
He also added that, nevertheless, a number of unresolved issues remain, including the issue of detainees.
