Media tour organized to Badara village of Khojaly -PHOTO

"There are a total of 313 individual houses in the territory of Badara village of Khojaly district, of which 55 are unusable and 258 are partially usable. So far, 15 individual houses have been restored," said Afet Telmangizi, head of the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in Khankendi city, Aghdara and Khojaly districts, during a media tour organized to the village.

According to the information, the restoration of 115 houses is planned by the end of this year, and 128 more houses will be restored next year. So far, 14 families (55 people) have moved to the village.

It was stated that a number of socially oriented projects have been implemented in the village. Specifically, the existing electricity and gas lines have been restored, a transformer has been installed, metering work has been carried out, a new gas pipeline has been laid, poles for communication lines have been installed, and cable installation is ongoing. A park and a flag square have been established in Badara, and roads have been paved with asphalt.

Note that Badara is one of the villages that came under Azerbaijan's control during the anti-terror operation carried out by the Armed Forces in September 2023.

Recall that President Ilham Aliyev visited Badara village of Khojaly district on September 15.
