A delegation led by Andranik Simonyan, director of the National Security Service of Armenia, has arrived in Baku, APA reports citing Armenian media.
It is reported that the plane with Simonyan on board landed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport a few minutes ago.
It is reported that he will be in Baku between September 19-21.
