A delegation led by the director of the National Security Service of Armenia, Andranik Aram Simonyan, will participate in the 3rd International Security Forum to be held in Azerbaijan, APA reports, citing the Armenian National Security Service.
The international forum is scheduled to take place in Baku from September 19 to 21.
