US-Iran talks have begun in Oman, APA reports.
The meeting is being attended by US President's Special Representative Steve Witkoff and President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner.
The Iranian delegation is led by the country's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
It should be noted that these talks are the first official meeting between the parties after a break of several months following the 12-day war between Israel and the Islamic Republic of Iran in June.
