Georgian vice speaker: Development of Azerbaijan and Georgia is mutually dependent

“If there is no peace in Azerbaijan, Georgia’s development is impossible, and if there is no stability in Georgia and the routes passing through our country are not protected, Azerbaijan will also not be able to develop,” Vice Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Sozar Subari said on the Imedi TV channel, APA reports.

According to him, Georgia and Azerbaijan are currently connected by the closest economic ties.

The vice speaker noted that the implementation of projects contributing to the stable development of both countries began 30 years ago.

“Since the projects pass through our territory, many countries are interested in ensuring stability in Georgia,” Subari added.
